Project Monitoring & Evaluation

Substantial amount of money is voted annually for infrastructural projects and thus requires a value for money audit. Two aspects that would contribute towards ensuring these are monitoring and evaluation. SKC has, over the years, been actively involved in project monitoring and evaluation for project owners for successful implementation of projects within the allowable time frame.
